Dawn Black

babu's fantasy, gouache, ink, & watercolor on paper, 15" x 22 1/2" (2009)

tomorrow's bride to order, gouache, ink, & watercolor, 22 1/2" x 30" (2009)
I ran across Dawn Black's art at Lawndale's website. She's part of this year's Studio Program Residents. Her paintings are absolutely stunning... the narrative and the characters! I cant wait to see what this year's artists will come up with and specially her stuff. You can check more of her work at http://www.dawnblack.com/
