Trenton Doyle Hancock Studio visit

I've been a fan of Trenton's work ever since I first saw it at an exhibition at the Camh, eight years ago. It's was a huge privilege to visit his studio and check out his work in progress. He's been busy collaborating with the Austin ballet and showing his work all around the world. His warehouse studio, located about 15 minutes North downtown, is huge, with "mountains" of found objects and scraps filed up sporadically over the space. Thanks K!

Amarone della Valpolicella
Is there any very poisonous lethal spider in Texas that I should be aware of? I can swear I have an infestation in my apartment and my aracnophobia is starting to kick in.

Tilda Swinton commenting about her new movie, the italian melodrama which she made us swear we wouldn't publish its name...so Tilda, I'm keeping my promise. MFAH auditorium, 11/14/09

Why can't all restaurants provide a blank table cloth and few crayons.... and complimentary house wine?

Action Figure

A. Mackey has an amazing art collection, lots of drawings and awesome stuff. Among all the goodness to my surprise delight, an extensive Marcel Dzama collection, including the toy series on the kids room (!!!!!)
